The reason I initially got into design was because I like using my hands to make things. Since those hands spend a lot of their time working for commercial purposes, I get special pleasure from creating things just for fun. Exploring plants and flowers, baking and otherwise cooking, making pretty objects, and observing the world all fall into this category.
