As a day-dreamy kid, I spent most of my summers lying on my back gazing at the sky. From the window of a jet, I see it the other way around. Living in the Bay Area gave me the opportunity to witness the myriad effects of water in the atmosphere. Not a day would go by without some original and breathtaking display of fog or clouds. It is especially the line between darkness and light which most entranced me. Exploring the endless variations within a narrow palette also intrigues me. Water vapour is my muse.
