1. No Returns Policy

All sales of paintings and artwork on our website https://dianahoward.com are final. Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Upon review, we will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations
