For someone who loves painting the human body, this place offered more than a restorative spa experience. The steamy atmosphere hiding and revealing all the beautiful and graceful women reminded me of all those “Orientalist” paintings. I am continually amazed at how beautiful every single body is, when not encumbered by clothing. And something about the peaceful atmosphere made everyone seem regal in her postures. Bonus with the Kabuki is that they use salt instead of chlorine for germ control, so after an afternoon of relaxation, you don’t break the mood by smelling like Clorox. I had to work from memory, as I didn’t want to seem like a voyeuse, even though that’s kinda what I was.
