1. No Returns Policy
All sales of paintings and artwork on our website https://dianahoward.com are final. Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Upon review, we will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@dianahoward.com. After this period, all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.
