When Kaiser Permanente decided to overhaul the existing Oakland Medical Center, they knew the disruption in the Community needed to be balanced by their commitment to the Community in terms of jobs and job training. They, along with the McCarthy General Contractors in charge of the massive project hired Oakland based A Squared Ventures to ensure that the information was broadcast effectively.
